Our client, a leader in the food service industry, distribution and manufacturing logistics, is looking for an Account Analyst.

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating with clients, insurance companies and business partners to manage all aspects of the implementation process. Starting with the collection of requirements, the identification of the specifications of the company / partner files.

Responsibilities and Duties

Identify and define insurance carrier or trading partner accepted EDI file specifications and formats.
Mapping data imports and exports to specified Flat file, CSV and Fixed Width formats.
Create new data maps and support a variety of existing data maps and EDI transaction sets.
Ability to efficiently manipulate data within Microsoft Excel or Access in preparation for system imports.
Manage multiple EDI Implementations taking full responsibilities for maintaining timelines and communication with clients, vendors and partners.
Conduct transactional and system analysis to troubleshoot and resolve EDI discrepancy reports.
Qualifications and Skills

2-year degree in computer science or database administration preferred.
More than 2 years of experience in data analysis.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access and Outlook)
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
Strong customer service skills necessary to manage expectations and customer relationships.
Experience in benefits for employees or human resources is an advantage.
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
