Job Purpose: The Account Manager is responsible for client retention. They provide clear directed client communication and customer service for all ASO clients. They work as a project manager for all service needs and coordinate activities for all team members. The Account Manager works closely with Sales to assure that the client program is properly directed. 2 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for various client related activities. •Provide client HR/Benefits team support with: o Conducting Open Enrollment meetings o Creation of Plan Documents and amendments for review/production o Review and schedule administrative and data reports o Assist sales with prospecting activities o Quarterly client visits for servicing/reporting needs o Assist with the renewal process o Escalated service on member claims and eligibility issues o Recommendation on renewal reinsurance plans •Broker Relations •Coordination with Implementation teams •Vendor relationships •Maintenance of client records and documentation QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS •High School diploma or Equivalent •3 yrs experience in an administrative support role . Healthcare industry experience a plus •Experience with MS Word and Excel •Organized, reliable able to multi-task. A self starter with the ability to handle a variety of support functions in a team experience •Excellent oral and written communications skills with colleagues and clients, strong analytical skills, superior follow up skills •Ability to work well with internal departments and external clients •Detail oriented work ethic, Exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment and decision making ADDITIONAL NOTES •Pay is flexible with limited travel We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to excellence, diversity and inclusion. , , ,
