Job Purpose:The Account Manager is responsible for client retention. They provide clear directed client communication and customer service for all ASO clients. They work as a project manager for all service needs and coordinate activities for all team members. The Account Manager works closely with Sales to assure that the client program is properly directed.2ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is responsible for various client related activities.Provide client HR/Benefits team support with:o Conducting Open Enrollment meetingso Creation of Plan Documents and amendments for review/productiono Review and schedule administrative and data reportso Assist sales with prospecting activitieso Quarterly client visits for servicing/reporting needso Assist with the renewal processo Escalated service on member claims and eligibility issueso Recommendation on renewal reinsurance plansBroker RelationsCoordination with Implementation teamsVendor relationshipsMaintenance of client records and documentationQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma or Equivalent3 yrs experience in an administrative support role . Healthcare industry experience a plusExperience with MS Word and ExcelOrganized, reliable able to multi-task.
