ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for carrying out various routine and varied tasks such as preparing reports or processing information that is used as a reference in operational and service areas for decision making. Recognizes inconsistencies or lack of data and results information. The use of judgment is limited to collecting and analyzing data, executing transactions to determine cases of action within established limits, channeling to the supervisor those situations not covered by procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Receives, classifies, adjusts, reconciles and cancels corresponding transactions in assigned accounts for the purpose of maintaining correct balances.
Receive, verify, manage and record customer payments.
Serves and guides clients promptly and professionally through visits, telephone calls or letters.
Performs general office tasks such as filing, coding, photocopying, digitizing, collating invoices and general documents.
Provide support to division staff as needed.
Other tasks related to the position.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Associate's degree or at least 60 to 64 college credits, preferably. Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in related roles, preferred.
