* Building customer relationships.

* Be a team player with the customer service team, field service technicians and other SKF departments to achieve the companys mission and growth goals.

* Increasing revenue by suggestive selling.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships.
* Problem solving.
* Preparing quotations to customers on products, warranties and repairs
* Offering technical knowledge.
* Accurately entering and tracking orders, follow up on shipments and proactively communicate to customer.
* Accurately enter and maintain Service billings in ERP system and keep track of work orders
* Working with factories and product planners to expedite deliveries on repairs, new products
* Prepare documents for shipping returned goods to US or Europe
* Handling and solving customer complaints and returned goods, while analyzing root cause and propose preventive actions.
* Providing pricing and delivery information.
* Working with field sales to follow up on customer requests.
* Working with engineers to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Acting as a liaison between customers, sales and factory regarding new, current and future requirements.
* Digital B2B business (SKF Store, Portals, EDI, C4C SAP, COH IBM and Automated solutions).
* Demonstrate exceptional computer skills; strong in Windows, Microsoft systems, Lotus Notes databases, C4C (Customer Collaboration Tool).
* Previous experience with mainframes.
* Ability to multitask between all systems quickly and efficiently.
* Technical aptitude, good business mentality, and the ability to make good solid business decisions.
* Be flexible with work schedule.
* SAP experience preferred.
* Knowledge of field service work is beneficial
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize and complete multiple competing tasks.
* Able to work in a fast pace environment and evolving culture.
* Desire to provide a flawless Customer Experience through first call resolution as well as timely, detailed follow up.
