Job Description Location: San Francisco and New York Handle a range of duties from day-to-day office-wide operational activities to managing relationships, scheduling meetings, and correspondence with senior leaders and their assistants on behalf of the core team. Proactive daily calendar management. Plan, coordinate, and lead special projects and events with global and local business leadership. Meet and greet visitors and clients, coordinating conference rooms and logistical arrangements. Coordinate travel, including airline reservations, hotel accommodations, car service arrangements, and directions as needed. Process and track invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements. The Successful Applicant Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and interact with senior management and their assistants. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Minimum five years of corporate administrative experience. Outstanding skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and proficiency in PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented. Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Excellent phone manner and management is a key requirement. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, and assume additional responsibilities as required.
