Overview: Seeking a persuasive and customer-focused Admissions Representative with call center experience to enroll prospective students. This role is based in Mesa, AZ, and offers the opportunity for permanent employment.
Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students over the phone to highlight the benefits of our educational programs. Assist students in the application process, providing guidance and answering any inquiries. Use persuasive communication skills to maximize student enrollment. Document interactions and follow up on leads to ensure successful enrollment. Requirements: Experience in a call center environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convince and convert leads. High school diploma; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
