Job Summary:U.S Medical Staffing is seeking a few Reliable RN's for Per Diem School Shifts in the surrounding areas of North Babylon. This would be for Office Coverage, Field Trip Coverage, Overnight & Extended Field trip Coverage, After School Programs, After School Sports, Weekend Games, and 1:1 Substitutes. Job Responsibilities are but not limited to:Nurse would be responsible for professional medical treatment of students.Maintaining clinical records.Dispensing prescriptions medications to students per physician instructions. Documenting all Medication given to students.Working Diligently along side the other nurses to run a smooth office.
