Position is in Palmas del Mar, Humacao PR. Palmas del Mar is the largest gated community in the
Caribbean and home to many businesses with operations in the USA.
Requirements include:

Job opportunity can be broken down into three categories: Analyst, Assistant to the President, and Property
Management. The percentage of time spent on each category will vary with the project workload.
Salary dependent upon experience.
Analyst Role:
The analyst position is an entry-level role for candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, accounting, or a related subject.
ASQ Consulting seeks candidates with an interest in applying quantitative methods to real-world research problems and who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:
Reviewing and summarizing intellectual property and license agreements
Performing quality control checks on work product
Analyzing economic and financial data using Excel
Reviewing and summarizing reports and client documents
Assisting experts in the USA and PR in preparation of expert reports and other client deliverables
Requirements:
Possess or currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics,
Statistics, MBA or other business degree from an accredited college or university
Strong work ethic and high personal integrity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments
Computer proficiency and ability to work efficiently utilizing applications such as Microsoft Office

Personal Assistant to President Role:
The personal assistant to the President role is primarily that of a problem solver and its tasks are varied.
Typically, they will include, assisting with preparation for deposition/trial, running errands, taking notes, driving President to and from airport, and acting as an English/Spanish translator, , and Hours are not set and the candidate will be called upon on an “as needed” basis. The essential part of this role is to make
President’s job easier while he is in PR. The President also has assistance in USA.
In this role, the candidate will work directly with the President when he is in PR. This experience would be useful in obtaining business insights and will also be helpful for future college admission applications for an advanced degree, e.g. MBA, etc.
Project Manager Role:
The project manager role will require the candidate to manage (one) part-time yard maintenance person and
(one) full-time property maintenance person. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan and supervise work to be performed in accordance with schedule to ensure property is properly maintained. Property is ocean front and requires high maintenance.
Inspect and assist with the upkeep of property equipment and amenities as needed.
Problem solve issues that arise.
A sense of adventure is required for this position as advancing your career while working on an island in the Caribbean is reserved for a select few.
