1. Perform thorough inspections of architectural components during various stages of construction to verify compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.2. Document inspection findings.3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.4. Implement and manage a robust document control system to track, organize, and distribute project documents, including drawings, contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.5. Timely review, approval, and distribution of project documents to support construction activities, inspections, and regulatory compliance.6. Assist in the preparation and compilation of project closeout documentation, including record drawings, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and warranties.7.
