**Production Team Member - Assembly Department**
**DIRECT HIRE $15.00/HOUR**
**Weekly Paychecks**
**Shift Time: 3pm-11pm with overtime potential ($500 SIGN-ON BONUS)**

Reports to: Production Supervisor
Work Location: Battle Creek, MI
We have an exciting opportunity at our Battle Creek facility for entry-level or experienced **Production Team Member** who is excited about taking Motus to the NEXT level. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Safety first: observe safe manufacturing practices and PPE compliance
* Working specifically in our assembly department
* Stationary work
* Able to follow standard work (as trained) at rate
* Good eye for quality
* Light manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
* Good attendance a must
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* High School Diploma or GED is required
* Ability to stand on feet for 8-12 hours per day
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (testing for illegal drugs) and background check (7 year requirement)
