SUMMARY: The Assistant Manager is an essential part of the management team with a focus on customer service, sales and quality assurance. The Company is looking for a second Assistant Manager to provide management coverage on Fridays and Saturdays. This position is 80% operational / 20% administrative RESPONSIBILITIES: Your primary role is to ensure quality of services and care, build positive relationships with our customers, and manage and coach team members
Manage daily operations and ensure quality of care and servicesCreate a welcoming environment for customers and dogsAddress customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfactionEnsure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidentsAssist in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activitiesHave expert knowledge of company's products and services with ability to suggest services for customer needs and promote dog wellbeingPerform audits and follow-up to ensure product and service qualityEnsure all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times and the lobby and front desk is neat and orderly and assist with orderingEnsure equipment and supplies are being properly maintainedAssist with facility maintenance.
