The Assistant Store Manager is required to diligently execute the official sales program and all duties described below. The position emphasizes skills in the areas of sales and operations in a retail environment. The Assistant Store Manager's primary role is to uphold the company's reputation, be the top sales performer in the store, and facilitate manager duties as necessary or when the manager is absent. The Assistant Store Manager position is a critical role in the company, and requires a well-rounded and determined individual that will take part in the growth of the company.

Requisitos:
•4 or more years of related experience required
•Accredited Bachelor's required; at least one year of additional related experience may be considered in substitution
•Experience in mobile preferably
•Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English and Spanish including the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to team members
•Expert ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
•Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals
•Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines.
