You know that the outcome of a project hinges on two things: the plan and the people. In this role, you will be the driver in the financial and vendor aspect of any account, typically on teams which require more finesse and management oversight. Managing financials (yearly scopes, estimates, and billing worksheets), assisting in revenue forecasting and reconciliations, coordinating production, handling final distribution, and managing 4-6 project managers at various levels. You will:
Develop/review project estimates and ensure they are approved internally and externallyManage project timelines and cost to approved scopes and estimates, communicating when change orders are requiredIdentify any financial risk to project budget or forecast5+ years' experience in advertising / marketing project management or productionDirect management and/or portfolio team management of $10-20M in brand revenueFinance: Proficiency and experience developing scopes, estimates, and weekly project performance reportingDesired Requirements: Previous supervisory experience preferredThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $120K to $130K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
