Here's how this role will help:

Lead search "kick-off" meetings with hiring managers to discuss role details, search plans, industry information, etc. to develop the recruitment strategies. Create, write and post role details and descriptions; analyze market descriptions and data.
Establish strong business relationships with assigned departments and all managerial employees to develop an in-depth knowledge of their recruitment needs.
Interview and screen candidates, make hiring recommendations to the hiring managers for assigned positions. Manage both the internal and external recruitment process. Provide continuous feedback to hiring managers and manage the candidate experience.
Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Deliver and negotiate offers (in partnership with hiring manager) with candidates, including coordination and explanation of salary packages, benefits, and relocation.
Conduct candidate feedback sessions to determine successful candidate for offer.
Maintain the accuracy of the applicant tracking system (ATS) for reporting and compliance. Maintain accurate and well- ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.
Ensure that all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable local employment laws and company policy. Responsible for promoting and maintaining fair employment practices.

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience is required with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience preferred. Related experience and/or education may be considered.
This role has the flexibility to be based in either San Antonio, Texas or Caguas, Puerto Rico.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing both Spanish and English is required.
