SUMMARY
The Associate Program Manager is responsible for ensuring programs at VGXI, Inc. are executed with the highest level of quality to meet customer expectations. This position will serve as lead point-of-contact for client-facing programs, as assigned. The Associate Program Manager will be involved with all phases of each SOW executed for client-facing programs, to include tracking program schedules, follow through of action items, as well as timely and effective client-facing communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop effective verbal and written communications serving as lead point-of-contact for client-facing programs, as assigned Facilitate adherence with timelines, identify risks, and support successful completion of each SOW Provide the highest level of customer-focused support to nurture and strengthen client accounts, build successful relationships with key client stakeholders, and drive the company's net promoter score (NPS) Maintain collaborative and productive partnership approach for all client-facing communications Act as liaison between internal technical team(s) and client Coordinate with the commercial team to understand the project scope, assign internal client-facing program core team(s), and schedule kickoff meetings to support seamless onboarding and coordination across all levels of the organization for each SOW Ensure internal program tracking tools and processes are maintained current and provide regular updates to management Lead regular meetings for active programs to facilitate effective tracking and communication of progress, outcomes, actions, key deadlines, milestones, and deliverables Monitor, track, and communicate program progress to ensure adherence with contractual agreements (such as MSA, quality agreement, and SOW), resources, timelines, and deliverables Assist management with tracking of program revenues and forecast capacity planning Provide program support data for client-facing program summary meetings and internal post-program review meetings to evaluate timeline adherence, reprocessing rates, key production metrics, lessons learned and to solicit feedback Develop skills for updating stakeholders on program progress Establish working knowledge of the company's services and coordinate with the sales and business development team to execute changes in scope to meet program goals Perform other related duties as assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of relevant project and/or program management experience.
