Associate System Technician

Job Description:
Essential Job Functions

Basic understanding of Unix file structures and file manipulation
Basic understanding of storage system manipulation
Basic Unix networking and troubleshooting
Basic file moving skills
Basic Resource Identification
Navigating resources to identify what is consuming the resources
Basic Security (Firewall, iptables) knowledge
Basic User add remove knowledge
Basic Scripting knowledge
Basic yum/rpm usage
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Four or more years of technical support experience
Experience working with company products and operating systems
Experience working with computer-related technical problems
Experience working with company escalation policy
