$165,000 - $175,000 DOE + Bonus Structure

Responsibilities
•Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, and support matters
•Engage in creative legal strategizing and compassionate advocacy for our clients
•Participate in business development and community activities to promote the firm's values and services
•Contribute to a positive, dynamic, and collaborative workplace culture
•Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
•Preside over paralegals, administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings and completing client projects
•Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
•Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
•Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
Qualifications
•Must have at least two years of experience practicing Family Law in Arizona
•Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association
•Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
•Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required
•Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
•Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm
