Responsibilities
The BDC Representative acts as the communication link between the customer and automotive dealership. We're looking for individuals who love working with the public and can easily deliver an empathetic & compassionate approach. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, love the thrill of being challenged to succeed, and enjoy working in a call center environment!
Answering inbound phone calls, and tend to customer needs. Follow script and guidelines on each and every phone call. Ensure phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift. Reaching out to customers whose vehicles are due for service. Maintain outstanding phone etiquette. Provide a best-in-class customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience working in a Call Center with high call volume is required. Prior Automotive Dealership/BDC experience is highly preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Polished, professional, and customer-focused. Strong time management skills. Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner. Schedule This position requires candidates to be available to work from 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Saturday, with Sundays and one additional weekday off. Compensation This position pays $18.00/hour, plus bonus opportunities based off performance, such as Individual Appointment Shown. Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
