Your Role

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using proven methods to encourage independence and positive behaviors.

Be an important part of our clinical team, directly helping with skill-building and care plans.

Accurately record session data on electronic devices.

Create a positive learning environment for clients and build strong connections with families.

Work with families and providers to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Eagerness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Patience, compassion, and a calm attitude in tough situations.

Important Information:

Services are provided at clients' homes or community locations.

All roles start as part-time.

You must complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

A minimum 6-month commitment is required.
