Behavioral Health Technician - Prn Days

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team at a 48-bed licensed, acute care behavioral hospital. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and ensure a safe and efficient treatment environment. If you have experience in acute inpatient psychiatric care and a high school diploma or equivalent, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care as assigned by the Registered Nurse Observe and report changes in patients' condition or behavior Offer support to patients in their activities of daily living Facilitate educational and activity groups as assigned Monitor vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent One year of acute inpatient psychiatric care experience preferred Compassionate and empathetic demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
