We are recruiting anyone who meets the following requirements for EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY IN GUAYNABO, PR WITH DATE OF START ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 27, 2019:
• Completely bilingual (speak, read and write English and Spanish)
• Available nights and weekends.
• Knowledge in the hotel industry and customer service.
• Knowledge in persuading: sales.
• Position is representative for hotel reservations - call center.
• Full availability for hours of operation: 5:00 pm to 8:00 am (overnight)
• One-week training and employment opportunity with a salary of $8.34 per hour.
• $ 1.00 exchange rate differential after 9:00 PM.
Requisitos:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide fluent Bilingual customer service support (oral, written and read)
Receive inbound calls from customers providing quality customer service on every call
Answer customer questions, as well as question customers to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested
Accurately and efficiently execute the customer’s request
Take initiative and seek out up-selling opportunities on each call
Recognize and manage assertive customer calls
Manage length of calls to maintain customer specific metric requirements
