The Boys and Girls Club of Puerto Rico (BGCPR), a nonprofit organization with almost 50 years of service, and a leader in providing after school programs for children and youths. The project will be located in San Juan Puerto Rico. The Graphic Design & Promotion Developer will consist on create drawings and animations to elaborate posters, design illustrations, notices, articles and general publicity; organize and set up expositions for BGCPR events; elaborate sketches, art designs, mock-ups and storage them. The Social Media Guru will prepare the strategy for the organization's brand in all social media platforms. The Alliances Developer for Capital Campaign will elaborate strategies to manage alliances to secure and maximize funds and other benefits from the private sector. Identify, cultivate, and retain donors and prospects to support the fundraising goals of BGCPR. The Fundraising Guru will identify, cultivate, apply and manage potential donors. Manage and improve the current recognition system and donor cultivation, including telephone calls, mailing and private events, among others. The Events Developer will collaborate in the logistics of the organization's events. The Quality Developer will maintain the membership system up to date and will promote new member's enrollment though innovative strategies. Evaluate the frequency of daily attendance and analyze results. Write reports and provide logistics support to program implementation. Design new customer service strategies to implement them in Club Units and get to know potential donors, participants, families and the community. The Government Alliances Developer will be recommended to participate in the identification, cultivation, application and management of government funds. The Inductions Trainer will identify opportunities to train and develop the organization personnel. Collaborator in logistics regarding activities held in the organization (assemblies, meeting, employee's activities).
