General Description Analyzes business results and processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analyzes business results and processes. Gathers, reviews and analyzes the business results and needs to help identify business problems and propose solutions. Use proven tools, methods and metrics to identify opportunities, forecast changes and track improvements in areas such as budget, production, and workflow and customer relationship, among others. Calculate monthly incentives, complete incentive payments for employees and supervisors, work with claims submitted and document exceptions. Coordinate and facilitate working sessions to identify and develop different business solution alternatives and scope. Evaluate and implement initiatives or projects to improve our internal processes and our clients. Prepares and presents business solutions, trends and recommendations to stakeholders that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analytical and quantitative capacity. Dexterity to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork. Shows attention to detail. Ability to identify problems, analyze their causes and resolve them in a timely and successful manner to reduce time and facilitate work processes in your unit. Drafting memos. narrative and numerical reports Skills in interpreting financial information. General knowledge in the financial industry Knowledge of the laws and regulations that apply to the financial industry. Advanced domain of: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Manage and analyze statistical data to design scorecards align to strategic recommendations. Analyze monthly incentives, the costs and operational expenses and revenues against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions. Keep Incentive Program updated. Assist in annual Planning process to align Division's strategic projects with Budget recommendations for the clients under your scope. Prepare accurate financial reports to specific deadlines. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Report to Manager major changes and impact for the Division. Provide support to prepare financial results, forecast and incentive recommendations. Project management Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering Experience At least two years related experience in one of the following: business analysis, budgeting process and monitoring, profitability, or data managing. Expertise using data managing tools such as Excel, Power Pivot, SAS, Cognos, among others. Other Qualifications Ability to conduct analysis on work procedures, business results, and recommends changes to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management. Provides management with data to increase cost efficiency and work simplifications Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English and Spanish Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Access Capable of working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Competencies Analytical Discipline - Ability to solve problems through careful evaluation of information, possible alternatives and consequences.
