By using data manipulation tools such as Excel and SQL along with a solid understanding of billing processes, the Business Operations Specialist research issues that impact our business and proposes solutions which help the bottom line and reduce bad debt. The Business Operations Specialist is expected to assist in streamlining processes using their insight, business, and technical skills.
