Job Title: Buyer II Job Location: Lake Forest, IL 60045 Job Duration: 11+ Months Job Responsibilities: Plan, perform and administer purchasing System activities to assure that all assigned Projects are delivered within required delivery, quality, compliance and process parameters. Conduct and document procurement activities and negotiations to support prudent system updates to include New Vendor Additions. Maintain ongoing interface with various departments to assure Project Completion and timelines are consistent with deliverables.. Monitor open order request. Take appropriate corrective action on Reporting activities. Take an active leadership role on assigned projects. Frequently required to develop Excel spreadsheets as a visual reporting mechanism to management.
