The partnership will allow Beautycounter to accelerate its strategic initiatives, including increasing brand awareness as well as bolstering the companys innovative, integrated, omni-channel business model. The transaction values the company at $1 billion.

**The Opportunity:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission driven organization changing the Beauty Industry. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and new skills that will support you in your bright future. As an intern, you will also gain a holistic view of the organization, department, and interact with different cross functional teams at Beautycounter.
**In This Role You Will:**
* OTIF KPI supplier scorecard creation
* The candidate will work with a mentor and the job responsibilities will include:
+ Create/Send out reports to monitor open order past dues and open orders to meet required KPIs
+ Follows up with necessary teams (supplier, manufacturing sites, logistics, etc.) to ensure appropriate scheduling of open orders to deliver on time
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems as needed
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high level analysis
**Qualifications:**
* Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university
* Passionate about clean, safe beauty products
* Detail-orientation, a proactive mindset, ability to think independently
* Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to take direction and multi-task
* Authorization to work in the United States
