Domiciliary Care Organization, Inc. (DCO) is a healthcare company providing services in Mainland US and Puerto Rico. We perform home visits Health Risk Assessments for commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid patients. We are seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) telephone operators to work in Juncos area.

Requisitos:
• Full Bilingual (English / Spanish) • Must have at least one year of experience in a customer service.
• Health Care insurance knowledge, preferable.
• Team player • Organized, Time Management skills
• Able to work under time goals.
• Must have a high level of professionalism and kindness in dealing with clients and colleagues
• Work Schedule flexibility (available to work nights and Saturdays)
