Copa Health is currently hiring weekend-only Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals. We're looking for dedicated individuals to provide high-quality services to elderly individuals and those diagnosed with disabilities.
Walk-in Interviews Every Tuesday! Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 737 W. Guadalupe Road, Ste 126, Mesa, AZ 85210 What We Offer: Hourly Pay: $15.12 to $17.00 $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Shift differential for weekend schedules Opportunities for growth, generous PTO, health benefits, and more Job Summary (Including, but not limited to): Assist individuals with mobility, including transferring from wheelchairs and assisting with transportation.Support personal hygiene tasks such as showering, dressing, and grooming.Plan and prepare meals and snacks according to dietary needs.Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular facility cleaning and maintenance.Monitor and respond appropriately to individual behavior.Collaborate with program staff to ensure comprehensive care for each individual. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.90 days of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.Must pass a pre-employment physical clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and other required background checks, including drug testing.Arizona Driver's License and driving requirements per Copa's insurance policy, if applicable.Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
