The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking, growth-minded physician executive with a strong background in strategic and tactical leadership. Key responsibilities for the role include executing a growth strategy for the medical group in alignment with the broader health system and its foundation partner, as well as overseeing financial management, programmatic development, physician recruitment and relations, and strategic relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a practicing physician with an MD or DO degree, current board certification, and the ability to be licensed in the State of California, and will bring a wealth of experience in a similar multi-specialty medical group setting, preferably within the California healthcare market.
