The CFO will be tasked with managing the financial health of the organization, developing scalable financial infrastructure, and ensuring that business decisions are backed by accurate data and financial analysis. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, providing strategic recommendations on financial planning, capital management, and growth opportunities, and designing financial models to support scaling operations and market expansion. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing the company's liquidity and investment strategies. Collaboration with the executive team to support aggressive growth targets and the identification and mitigation of financial risks are also critical aspects of the role. The CFO will be expected to establish and manage scalable financial infrastructure, leverage financial technologies, and build a high-performing finance team.

The ideal CFO will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a software or technology company. A proven track record in managing financial strategy and operations in a high-growth environment, deep understanding of software business models, and experience with scaling companies are essential. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
