About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or VP Marketing with a strong background in B2C and D2C marketing, particularly in the health, wellness, and nutritional food supplements industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small, high-quality marketing team and driving the company's marketing strategy to attract and retain customers, with a focus on female clientele. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in direct-to-consumer digital marketplaces, e-commerce, SEM, performance media acquisition, and email/CRM retention. The CMO will also be involved in the company's rebranding efforts and its expansion into new markets, including the UK, Asia, and Australia.
Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a proven track record of growing a business within the $5MM - $20M+ revenue range, with a vision for scaling to $100M+ in the future. The role demands a leader who is passionate about consumer health, natural ingredients, and sustainable practices. The ideal candidate will be adept at data-driven decision-making, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be capable of managing and developing both internal and external marketing teams. A degree or higher education is required, and the candidate must be able to demonstrate a hands-on approach to marketing, as well as the ability to coach, support, and inspire their team through transformational change and major growth.
