The CNO will be responsible for overseeing and leading all nursing performance activities and clinical healthcare programs within the organization. This includes providing direction in areas such as sterile processing, call center services, nursing practice, mental health, geriatrics, caregiver support, and care coordination. The successful candidate will be dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, actively participating in strategic planning, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care for the served population. The role involves establishing the strategic direction for healthcare delivery, leading change management, and promoting a culture of high reliability and accountability.

Applicants for the CNO position at the company must meet the basic requirements of a Master's degree in nursing or a related field, or a Doctoral degree in nursing, and have a minimum of 4 years' professional nursing experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of successful nursing practice with increasing leadership roles, including at least 2 years of management experience as a Nurse Executive or Chief Nursing Officer. The CNO is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of clinical systems, practices, and change management, and to be a subject matter expert in nursing. The role requires a leader who can effectively work with diverse teams, promote a culture of holistic care and health equity, and advance nursing knowledge through research and evidence-based practice.
