The CPNO will be responsible for the development and evaluation of programs, ensuring their alignment with the organization's mission, and leading initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and organizational capacity. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, cultivating relationships, and leveraging a data-driven approach to achieve strategic objectives. The CPNO will also be tasked with shaping and executing strategies for data-driven programs and network engagement, with a strong emphasis on change management and creating a culture of growth and continuous learning.
The ideal candidate for the CPNO position at the company will be an experienced, action-oriented leader with a passion for health equity and a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and systemic barriers. They should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in leadership roles within healthcare, large health systems, or public health organizations, and a background in behavioral, mental, or maternal health, or nursing. The CPNO will be expected to have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse constituencies. Strategic leadership, program delivery, and network engagement skills are essential, as is a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role involves overseeing network compliance and performance management, designing programmatic infrastructure, and building strategic national partnerships to drive programmatic growth and sustainability.
