Background: 3-7 years of experience Defending premises, products and/or construction defect claims Ability to handle files independently Strong discovery, evaluation and writing skills Licensed in CA Benefits: High degree of autonomy Bonus opportunities for billing and origination Collaborative, social firm Salary will be commensurate with experience.
