**Cleaner**
San Francisco, California Compensation **$18-$22/hour, dependent on qualifications** Mission Montessori is currently seeking a cleaner to keep our school in San Francisco's Mid-Market neighborhood sparkling clean, sanitized, and beautiful. The ideal candidate will be reliable, take pride in their work, and have the ability and desire to communicate courteously and effectively with our team.
Responsibilities
* dusting, wiping down, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and polishing a variety of surfaces in our classrooms, office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, storage areas, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, elevator, staircases, and hallways
* emptying trash, recycling, and compost containers
* restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap
* keeping inventory to let our facilities team know when supplies are low
* returning furniture to its original position
* completing special cleaning projects as needed
* ensuring building is securely locked
* supporting our facilities coordinator with some maintenance work
Qualifications
* experience as a cleaner
* ability to handle large/heavy equipment and machinery
* ability to work independently
* strong communication skills
* trustworthiness, reliability, and intrinsic motivation

* flexible schedule: eight hours a day from Monday to Friday. Ideally, our cleaner will work from around 11am to around 8pm, but hours can be discussed.
