This position will require to manage inbound and outbound calls. The first point of contact for our clients. Needs to know all company knowledge to manage calls. It offers the opportunity to develop interactive phone skills and achieve informational calls. Multitasking is a must. Managing calls in a time frame. You will have the prospect to service and guide a customer on the process of the company we give service.
DUTIES
As a client care specialist, you will be managing calls by answering inbound and making outbound calls. You will be handling last minute calls and transferring them to the corresponding department. A dedicated Client Care Specialist will also have to proofread sensitive documents, answer clients’ questions before transferring the calls, and managing a high volume of emails.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
A high level of proficiency in the English language is required to perform job tasks successfully.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Computer Literate/ Tech Savvy in MS Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Basic Knowledge Excel Sheets
Typing skills. At least 50 wpm
Time management skills
Excellent phone communication skills
Customer Service Knowledge
Eager to help as a team.
