About Team and Tech:
We are a Veteran-owned company that supports a cluster of companies working directly with Veterans to help them maximize their VA disability compensation. We assist by helping these Veterans with the critical documentation and medical records-gathering process. Our mission is to provide 5-star operational, administrative and technical support to OUR veterans through accurate, timely and caring services.
Travel Required:
No travel is anticipated; however, in the event of a disaster, the employee may temporarily be required to work from a different location.
Job Summary
Are you looking for a role where you can change people’s lives? Do you want to help Veterans obtain the benefits they have rightfully earned? Our company is experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an experiencedClient Care Specialist.
You will be managing calls by answering inbound and making outbound calls. You will be handling last minute calls and transferring them to the corresponding departments. A dedicated Client Care Specialist will also have to proofread sensitive documents, answer clients’ questions before transferring the calls, and managing a high volume of emails.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
A high level of proficiency in the English language is required to perform job tasks successfully.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Computer Literate/ Tech Savvy in MS Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Basic Knowledge Excel Sheets
Typing skills. At least 50 wpm
Time management skills
Excellent phone communication skills
Customer Service Knowledge
Eager to help as a team.
MUST be fully bilingual. (Business communication is in English)
