Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Mission Community Hospital in Panorama City, California. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to our patients in coordination with other healthcare professionals. You will also serve as a resource for drug information, educate patients about medication therapy, and monitor patient medication regimens for appropriate therapy and outcomes.
