Job Summary
Knowledge of maintenance system activities and expertise in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), specifically data management system. The CMMS Data Managment Coordinator is an active member of the facilities support staff team, driving and supporting CMMS system control, service requests and work orders. Possess strong knowledge of CMMS System, and data-driven, analytical thinking and decision-making skills. In addition, effective presentation and persuasion skills are a must, as is the ability to function in a maintenance team environment.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to prioritize, schedule, and logistically support multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Responsible for the daily processing of maintenance and calibration documentation by management of the electronic and paper files.
Responsible for conducting routine internal audits of maintained records and documentation.
Provides support for internal and external audit requests of maintenance documentation.
Interfaces with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) customers on a daily basis.
Primary customer contact for CMMS related requests, updates, status and guidance.
Enter in system data related to new/modified equipments, instruments, job plans, data sheets, preventive maintenance.
Execute data management duties related to service request base on priorities.
Support QA when a system quality event is generated such as service requests, job plans, assets, pms, calibrations, data sheets and work orders.
Interact with other similar roles in the network to share best practices, lessons learned, etc.
Maintenance of electronic records and paper files which includes: performing quality check of records and files to be processed, performing CMMS system updates and for collaborating with customers as needed for clarification and guidance.
Support work orders filing activity when is necessary.
Promote and conduct good documentation practices.
Any and all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education/training:
BBA / BS or equivalent experience
Years of relevant experience:
2+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment Minimum
Skills and knowledge:
Experience communicating to peers, hourly associates, and senior management regarding CMMS Data Management and Work Orders
Computer skills
Qualifications:
Prefer maintenance skilled trade training or equivalent experience
Prefer experience working with hourly employees as well as exempt personnel
Excellent organizational, filing, and recordkeeping skills
Self-starter and a proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
