A Commercial Mortgage Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Loan Processor.

The Loan Processor will play a critical role in facilitating the loan application and approval process.

Responsibilities include: Receiving and reviewing loan applications from clients Verifying the accuracy and completeness of all required documents and information Preparing loan files and ensuring they comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on the loan application status and addressing inquiries or concerns Collaborating with loan officers, underwriters, and other internal teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the loan processing cycle Skills needed: Attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
