RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a stable & growing owner/operator of retail shopping centers in the Greater LA area. We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to sit out of their Corporate Office in El Segundo!
This person will be responsible for managing and overseeing a dynamic portfolio of retail centers, including managing budgets, CAMs, tenant and vendor relations, and other daily operations. The ideal candidate will be looking for a collaborative & tight-knit team environment within a company that takes care of their employees and has demonstrated longevity.
REQUIRES 3-8+ years' property management experience on commercial retail shopping centers
Bachelor's degree STRONGLY PREFERRED (Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field preferred)
Strong understanding of property management principles, financial reporting, lease administration, budgeting, and asset management
Strong experience in tenant relations and conflict resolution
Ability to work fully onsite; minimal travel is required
Proficiency in Yardi and Office 365 (specifically Excel)
