**This is an estimate that includes base pay plus our average bonus payout which equals your average annual hourly pay.
**Summary**
This position has a broad scope as it combines hard labor and technical skill with accountability. As a working member of production, the individual must be proficient in the technical aspects of products and processes. The Process Technician must be skilled in workplace organization, problem solving, and an efficient communicator. A strong focus for this position is to motivate fellow team members and support production goals; including but not limited to, safety, schedule adherence, productivity, quality and continuous improvement.
**Principal Responsibilities, (Other duties may be assigned)**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the principal accountabilities.
1. Operate within facility safety guidelines and promote the use of safe practices.
2. Able to interpret engineering drawings, use measuring equipment, and determine product quality relative to tolerance.
3. Set-up, operate, and maintain non-CNC equipment used in production including appropriate documentation.
4. Ability to work independently or as a team member to communicate daily goals and run production.
5. Participate with cross-training to become proficient with all products and processes.
6. Work to improve the accuracy of production documentation; i.e. BOM, routing data, work instructions, quality criteria, etc.
7. Provide input to General Manager regarding production goals, team member performance, and strategic planning.
8. Actively promote/direct daily housekeeping, workplace organization (5S), and equipment maintenance to ensure the entire cell is in tour ready condition.
9. Encourage and support team members to implementation continuous improvement ideas.
**Criteria for Success** *(OnTRAC; Organizational Success, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Competence)*
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent skill level. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in common units of measure.Must have the ability to give clear instruction and engage team members in projects, customer orders, materials, and other customer needs. Must be computer literate, follow basic e-mail etiquette, and have the ability to read engineering drawings.
**Physical Requirements and Work Environment**
The environment is mostly on the shop floor where the environment can be hot, dusty and noisy. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, bend and twist 80% of the time, and stand up to 10 hours.

Disclosures: I agree that the contents of any offices, work spaces, desks, computer and computer generated data, any Landscape Forms Inc. property I may be using, as well as my person, and any of my own property I bring onto Landscape Forms Inc. premises, may be inspected by Landscape Forms Inc. at any time, and I waive and promise not to make any claims against Landscape Forms Inc. (or its employees or agents) relating to such inspection. I agree that, except as directed otherwise in writing by Landscape Forms Inc., I will not disclose to anyone or use for my own purposes, any of confidential or proprietary information, either during or after my employment. I understand and agree that client names and information, financial data, computer information and processes are confidential and proprietary information and I will not make written or other copies or notes regarding these matters except as necessary to perform my job. I agree that if my employment ends, I will deliver to Landscape Forms Inc. all material of any kind that I have relating to its business, including any such copies or notes. I agree that if any of the above commitments by me is ever found to be legally unenforceable as written, the particular agreement concerned shall be limited to allow its enforcement as far as legally possible.
