Construction Manager

Construction Project Manager
Real Estate company seeking Project Manager to join our team to:
Oversee all facets of construction projects: planning, scheduling, budgeting, implementation
Coordinate daily project tasks in accordance with priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, personnel and material delivery
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement components of corporate health and safety plan, including daily pre-task meetings, weekly toolbox talks and jobsite inspections
Negotiate contracts with vendors and clients; manage the acquisition of resources for assigned projects
Lead and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors daily
Maintain high standards of professionalism and workmanshipQualifications:
Experience in construction management or related field
Familiarity with the fabrication and installation of architectural and miscellaneous metals
Fluency in reading blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets
Deadline and detail oriented
Initiative, motivation and strong leadership skills
