Construction Senior Project Manager | Commercial

A well respected Commercial General Contractor in Metro Detroit is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to the team. They have 40 years of experience in the area and have a portfolio consisting of Commercial Office, Light Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Education doing both renovation and ground-up work. The last 5 years have shown record growth with an outstanding pipeline consisting of both long-standing and new relationships. Role
Oversee the day-to-day execution and management of Commercial Construction projectsWork closely with all members of the project team, owners, architects, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as contract plans and specificationsPlan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be metEnforce OSHA safety protocolMonitor and communicate project related issues, scope changes, and variances that may arise during the construction of the projectManage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expenses Qualifications
10+ years of construction experience at a Commercial General ContractorExperience working on Commercial projects valued at $2M+Degree preferred but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProcore experienceOSHA Certification Offer
