We are seeking a highly motivated therapist to join our team in a private practice setting. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a desire to provide evidence-based treatment, and a willingness to learn and grow. At Serene Mind Counseling, we incorporate Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) in both client sessions and clinical supervision. FIT is a client-centered approach that empowers individuals, enhances the therapeutic relationship, and improves treatment outcomes.
