Now Hiring for a Credit Specialist! Contract to Hire in Laurel, MD. Pay is between $22-24/hour depending on experience, hours are 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday and is fully in office.
Responsibilities:
Applies acceptable credit lines and payment terms to new customers and/or supplier accounts
Collection and maintenance of customer accounts
Follow up correspondence, resolution, and escalation of overdue accounts
Researching credit history
Performs regular review of customer accounts to manage risk
Makes recommendations on bad credit line management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Intermediate Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Strong mathematical skills
