*Tent Event Crew*
Alpine Events is hiring a strong, detail oriented individual who can:
* Be comfortable leading a team of crew members and provide positive direction & coaching
* Create a 5-star customer experience while developing crew members
* Be willing to go the extra mile for your team and for our customers
**JOB DUTIES**
* Safely set up and takedown of tents, stages, dance floors and lighting
* Delivery of equipment; tents, stages, floors and lighting
* Loading and unloading of trucks
* Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment
* On-site interaction with clients
* Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed
* Direct and manage a small team
* Other duties as requested
**WORK CONDITIONS**
* Frequent holding and grasping with hands when loading, unloading, and chaining down equipment
* Frequent use of hands and feet to operate equipment and transport vehicles
* Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas and/or fumes
* Must be able to stand and be physically active for hours at a time
* Outdoors in all weather conditions
* Some Night / Weekend work required
* Frequent heavy lifting
**EDUCATION, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
* A high school diploma /GED is preferred but not required.
* Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs over significant distances.
* Management experience is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail
* Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred
* Rental industry experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 $20.00 per hour
