Job Summary
We are seeking talent for a professional career opportunity as Customer Service Representative in our corporate office in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate must possess an Associate or Technical Degree with 1 to 2 years of experience in position with similar responsibilities. Also, the candidate should demonstrate proficiency in Excellent Customer Service, Fully Bilingual, Goal-oriented, attention to details and Excellent Documentation Skills.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Attend customer interactions mainly by telephone (inbound and outbound), in order to provide guidance on products, coverage, claims status and applications, among others; make calls and channel requests through the Referral Program to guarantee an exceptional service with a quick response of information and problem solving to clients, agents and employers.
Occasionally supports the handling of fax, email, postal mail or public attention in support of Back Office, as instructed by the supervisor.
Carry out system maintenance, send correspondence via fax, mail and / or email, and issue certifications and letters of notifications to the insured to provide documents and information about policies to insured and employers.
Document in the system in a clear, concise and precise manner, all interactions with clients, employers and agents in order to maintain an up-to-date record of the client's information, the matters worked with in the past, as a reference for future consultations.
Refer to the immediate supervisor referrals of sales of existing customers or prospects to channel the sale through agencies and the customer is promptly served.
Carry out tasks and / or projects related to the position as required.
Job Specifications
Associate or Technical Degree
1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
Fully Bilingual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented

Attention to detail / analysis of related documents
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
