**Description**
Hubbard Feeds, an Alltech company, is a recognized leader in the animal feed and nutrition industry, offering a full line of feed and supplements for a variety of species. We take pride in using only high-quality ingredients and manufacturing facilities. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Billings, MT team.
**Responsibilities**
Our CSRs are critical to customer retention by providing exceptional service. The primary role of this position is being the customers support contact by receiving and tracking orders; and finding the best solutions for our Customers. The CSR will work closely with our valued Customers, Hubbard Account Managers, Hubbard plant personnel and other internal departments to ensure our Customers needs are met in a timely manner.
On a typical day, the CSR will be available to receive customer orders by phone, email, fax, and in person at the retail store. The CSR will enter and follow the orders through all necessary account and item setup, the manufacturing or vender ordering process, and the delivery (or pickup) of the feed. The CSR will appropriately navigate customer concerns and quickly communicate internally to all necessary areas.
Other secondary duties include providing back up to other office staff as needed. This may include scheduling deliveries, ordering, coding for accounts payable and other plant office duties.
**Requirements**
Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, solid computer skills in Microsoft office, some post-secondary education, and 2 years previous customer service experience in an office environment. Previous experience in an Ag related industry is beneficial.
